These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PACK Dogs platform ("Platform"), including the website, mobile application, smart contracts, and all related services operated by Digital Comet Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
PACK Dogs is a blockchain-based digital dog competition platform where users can own, breed, train, and compete with digital dog NFTs across multiple competition modes including sprint racing, protection trials, agility courses, and dog shows.
Digital dogs on the Platform are non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Base blockchain. When you acquire a dog, you own the NFT. Ownership of the NFT grants you the right to use that dog within the Platform (compete, breed, trade). Ownership does not grant intellectual property rights to the PACK Dogs brand, artwork, or Platform code.
PACK is the utility token used within the Platform for breeding fees, competition entries, marketplace transactions, and governance. PACK is not a security, investment product, or currency. The value of PACK may fluctuate and is not guaranteed.
BONES is a non-transferable in-game resource earned through gameplay. BONES cannot be traded, sold, or converted to PACK or any other currency. BONES have no monetary value outside the Platform.
Race outcomes are determined by a deterministic algorithm that factors in dog attributes (speed, stamina, acceleration, recovery, variance) and a verifiable random seed. The algorithm is designed to be skill-weighted — breeding decisions and dog selection materially influence outcomes. However, randomness is inherent in every race and no outcome is guaranteed.
Competitions may require entry fees paid in PACK. Prize pools are distributed to top finishers according to the published payout structure. The Platform takes a 5% rake on competition entry fees. Entry fees are non-refundable once a race is settled.
Participation in competitions does not guarantee financial returns. You may lose your entry fees. Dog NFTs may decrease in value. Past performance of a dog does not guarantee future results.
Breeding combines the genetic attributes of two parent dogs to produce offspring. Offspring traits are influenced by parent traits but include random mutations. Breeding consumes a breeding slot from each parent (generation-based limits apply). The breeding fee is split according to the published schedule: 55% puppy starting balance, 15% stud owner, 10% kennel treasury, 10% burned, 10% platform.
Breeding outcomes cannot be predicted with certainty. There is no guarantee that offspring will have desirable traits or competitive value.
Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed (minting, breeding, racing settlement, marketplace trade), it cannot be undone. We cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
Blockchain transactions may require network fees ("gas"). These fees are paid to network validators, not to us. We may sponsor gas fees for certain transactions but are not obligated to do so.
Smart contracts are software and may contain bugs despite auditing. We are not liable for losses caused by smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network failures, or wallet security breaches.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost wallets or stolen assets.
The Platform may facilitate peer-to-peer trading of dog NFTs. We are not a party to marketplace transactions between users. A 2.5% royalty fee applies to secondary sales. We do not guarantee the value, authenticity, or quality of NFTs traded on third-party marketplaces.

The Platform, including its design, code, algorithms, 3D models, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Digital Comet Inc. Ownership of a dog NFT does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork, algorithms, or Platform code. You may display your owned NFTs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE VALUE OR FUTURE VALUE OF NFTS, TOKENS, OR ANY DIGITAL ASSETS ON THE PLATFORM.
DIGITAL DOGS AND PACK TOKENS ARE NOT INVESTMENTS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR LEGAL ADVICE. CONSULT YOUR OWN ADVISORS BEFORE PARTICIPATING.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL COMET INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, OR SMART CONTRACT FAILURES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN PLATFORM FEES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Comet Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your off-chain data may be deleted. Your on-chain assets (NFTs, tokens) remain in your wallet and are not affected by account termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For changes to game mechanics, we commit to a minimum 90-day notice period as outlined in our community governance policy.
